A bar barrel is usually equipped with a spigot made out of wood or stainless steel. Inside the barrel is steamed or varnished with parafine. Bar barrels should not have a taste or flavor, it's used for serving wine and distillate in restaurants. Normally these barrels are based on a wooden rack!
