Pineapple Mango Rum Punch
-
- 3oz pineapple coconut juice
- 3oz dark aged rum
- 1oz mango juice
- 1oc orange juice
- one dash grenadine (for the perfect finish)
- desiccated coconut and pineapple, optional to garnish
- ice
First cut off a ca. 5cm thick slide from the pineapple, remove the peel and cut out small balls with a ball-piercer and skewer them on a wooden skewer. Then all the juices come with the rum and some ice in the cocktail shaker and are shaken vigorously before they are poured into a glass filled with ice.
All you need now is a dash of grenadine for the color gradient, pure straw, the pineapple skewer and a few grated coconut, the perfect cocktail is ready for warm summer evenings!
