From sketch to unique piece: the bathtub made from truffle beech  

Our current project is a wonderful example of this creative process: a wooden bathtub made from the rare and unique material truffle beech. Like many other pieces of furniture, this bathtub is also a project that goes back to a rough sketch, which merely provides the direction. But the details – the size, shape, approach – are all in the hands of our carpenters.  

This is a real highlight for our stand at the construction trade fair where the bathtub is presented. The special thing about it: our craftsmen have deliberate artistic freedom, and it is precisely this that makes the work lively and original. In this way, a special material such as the truffle beech wine barrel becomes a functional work of art with its very own character.
