Barrel body with copper sink
The cylindrical barrel body is made of dried and glued oak staves. One long side of the cylinder is straightened so that it connects with the wall and fits directly to the connections provided on site. The top opening is fitted with an oak table top, into which a copper sink is recessed.
A door is built into the front of the barrel body to provide access to the connections. The underside is reinforced with a joiner’s board, which stands on a solid-core base so that no water gets to the barrel cylinder when the floor is cleaned. The cylinder is tied with hot-dip galvanised tyres. It is covered with clear varnish and the barrel hoops are painted copper.
The barrel is made to order in our own barrel carpentry workshop. We are also happy to implement your ideas according to your specifications. Our multilingual team is looking forward to hearing from you.
